Apply

You can apply for your my Travel Cash Prepaid MasterCard® online. It takes a few minutes and no credit check is required (we will however conduct checks to verify your identity). Once we have received payment and have confirmed your identity you should receive your card within 5 to 10 working days. See terms and conditions.

 

Activate

When your card arrives you will need to activate it and obtain your PIN by calling us. You must activate your card before you can use it.

Use

You can use your my Travel Cash Card to buy or withdraw cash anywhere the MasterCard Acceptance Mark is displayed. There are no transaction fees for purchases when you buy in the card currency. You can track your spending and balance via our Website, SMS and by phone.

 

Top Up

Additional funds can be quickly loaded over the Internet. At the end of your trip you can withdraw any outstanding funds at an ATM (either abroad or back in the UK), ask us for a refund, or simply save them for your next trip.
