Orders for Currency Home Delivery can be paid for by debit and credit cards.
We cannot accept BACS (Bank Transfer) payments for Currency Home Delivery orders.
We take the security of your personal information very seriously. To ensure your payments are secure and your details remain confidential all transactions on our site are 128-bit encrypted. Also, we are an ISIS (Internet Shopping Is Safe) accredited retailer and support the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode programmes, which offer a greater degree of security for online transactions.
We do not share your personal information with other companies, other than to process or fulfil your order as specified in our privacy policy. We will not share your information with other companies for marketing purposes. The maximum amount of foreign currency that you can buy in one transaction is £2,500. Due to Royal Mail policy this is the maximum amount of money that can be sent in a single day to one address. If you require more than this amount please contact us.
You can only purchase one currency with each order. If you are traveling to multiple destinations then we recommend our Multi-Currency Card.

The minimum order for Currency Home Delivery orders is £100.
Please note, if your order is less than £600 a delivery charge of £10.00 will be added to your order.
You will receive your currency in mixed denominations.
If your order has been successful you will receive a confirmation email from us shortly after your order has been placed confirming that is has been successful.
If you do not receive this email it may mean that there has been a problem with your order in which case you should contact us. You can call our Customer Service team on 0845 867 6496 (this line is open 24/7, local rate charges from UK landlines apply).
Cancellations are generally not permitted and not possible if the order has been posted in the mail.
Only under special circumstances may we cancel orders, however, this is at our discretion. To cancel an order you must call our Customer Services team on 0845 867 6496. Emails will not be accepted. If a cancellation is conducted, an administrative fee of £20 will be applied and deducted from the value of your order. Please note that the currency will be converted at the rate prevalent on the day the cancellation is performed and may differ from the rate you paid. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us no later than 12pm on the day before your order is due to be sent.
Deliveries can be scheduled up to 7 days in advance.
Deliveries cannot be scheduled for Sundays or Public Holidays.
A Saturday delivery option is available however a £2.00 charge will be applied to your order (regardless of order value).
Please note that for each order we verify your address - if we are unable to do this we will not process your order but will attempt to contact you. For this reason we suggest you place your order as early in the day as possible to avoid disappointment and to cater for any eventualities. We recommend that you do not leave placing your order until the last possible day.
If you require next day delivery, your order must be completed and received by us before 2pm Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 2pm, or on a Saturday or Sunday, will be considered as being placed the next working day. If we do not receive your payment in time your order will be considered as being placed the next working day.
We can only deliver currency to the payment card’s registered address (i.e. the address of the card that you use to pay for your order).

Due to money laundering regulations we are only able to deliver your order to your payment card billing address (the address at which the card you are using to pay for your order is registered to). This is in place to prevent possible money laundering and fraud, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Yes, you must be at home to sign for your order.
Royal Mail Special Delivery™ guarantee delivery by 1.00pm of the next working day to most of the country, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. Some places take longer to deliver to, but Royal Mail still guarantee delivery within three working days by 5.30pm.
If you are not at home on the day of delivery Royal Mail will leave a card to inform you that delivery was attempted and your order will be returned to the local Royal Mail sorting office with instructions on how to collect it (please note that identification will be required when you collect your order) and how long it will be held there for.
If your order is not collected within the date indicated on the card it will be returned and an administrative fee of £20 will be applied and deducted from the value of your order. Please note that the currency will be converted at the rate prevalent on the day the cancellation is performed and may differ from the rate you paid.

We are not responsible for late delivery; however we are happy to assist you if your order has not arrived.
If your order has not arrived or is late please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to help you locate your order. We are not responsible for late delivery where the Postal Service has failed to meet the requirements of the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, therefore we will not pay compensation to late delivery.
